ok my boat was leaning towards the right when giving gas, couldnt even give it full throttle it would scare me like it was going to dumpthe front end in the water, but I just found out it does have a adjustable zinc anode where the exhaust comes out on the lower unit. but I do not no where to move it it was set all the way to the left which would make it go the right, but I am not sure if I want to make it center or not.

so please help, Mike

If the steering pulls to the right, move the trim tab trailing edge toward the right. For now I would try it centered and see how it does. If it still pulls to the right, move the rear of the tab to the right a little at a time until it steers straight. What you are calling the "adjustable zinc anode" is the trim tab...

navyman_98_99. You should keep adding to your thread instead of starting a new one with the same problem. To stop the bow from diving into the water you need to tilt your motor back one hole as lubedude mentioned in your other post. If you have a electronic tilt and trim you need to make it so your prop is farther from the transom. If not pick motor up and move bolt up one hole to next higer position. This will help keep your bow up. You may need to go more then one hole but do one at a time.

Also above your propeller is a plate that is flat. This is called an anti cavitation or anti ventilation plate. When your motor is down does this plate line up with the bottom of the transom?
