Boat History

Hi there, thanks for the add.
I purchased this little gem over the weekend. It's not in too bad of shape, needs a little tlc. It also has a 1968 evinrude 40hp electramatic, but i can't seem to find any info on the boat itself. The tag on it is faded, but the info i was able to find is: Glastrong of Canada., Model: GS-140.
Would be nice to be able to find some info of some kind.

You have most of the information already, there must be a Glastron owners club out there (wink wink). Looks like a sharp little boat and with a 40hp you should scoot right along.

Virtually no info available online, but as I posted in the other topic:

They were in operation from about 1972 til 1992 as a business. Boat production may have started later or ended earlier.

Else, I've got nothing, not even a reference pix snagged online.
