So far I have gotten a few items to look at and I have checked most things that I can. I am not finding any thing that is " wrong " with the boat or motor .. I am hearing from some that a prop may help. Seems most agree the motor height is ok . cavitation plate 1.5 inches above the bottom of the hull. Most seem to think that the center of gravity may be off, which may be but I cant see myself bolting 200 pounds to the front of the boat. The trim tab will make it stop, I have little doubt. Has any one ripped these things off the back of your boat? I can see myself beaching the boat and pushing it off .buring the tabs in the mud/ weeds/stones. promply tearing the tabs off the boat. I do testing and reseach where I work. Its just a need to know thing for me that EVERYTHING is a right as it can be before "fixes" are added.
