I have a 1991 Bayliner Trophy 20' but on the title the Make is listed as ARD and the Model is listed as POGPR the HIN # is BL3B56FFL091. Can anyone help me ID this boat

The HIN wins. The MIC code at the beginning of the HIN is Bayliner's. 91 at the end seems to match your thoughts. Dunno' what's going on with your title. Does the title have a HIN listed on it?

What's listed on a title as far as make/model/type goes is often rather unreliable for identification purposes. I've had several vehicles over the years where the make/model is nothing even remotely close to what it actually is, though the VIN/Serial number always matched (or at least it should).
