Boat Ladders?

Alright, what do you use for ladders or what not to get in and out of your boat with dive gear on? I am thinking of building one out of EMT to hang off the transom beside the motor.

The ladder is going on a 1979 MonArk 17' bass boat

Wonderful. I was going to make something that would collapse onto itself. I think I like your style more. I may have to make a 3 fold because my boat is very short

Can I get some pictures of the platform on the back?

I have a three-rung Windline TDL-3X ladder on my 21' center console, but we don't wear full-up dive gear when we're on it. To enter the water we backroll off the gunwhales. When we return from a dive, we remove our BC/tanks in the water and clip them to boltsnaps hanging on lines over the sides of the boat.
