I've got an 88' Eagle runabout 17' and was just wondering what would be the largest motor this boat could handle without sinking down the back end. It has a 90hp 1990 Nissan on it right now that does a pretty good job, but if possible would love to put a larger motor, something like a 125 or possibly stronger motor on the back if it is safe to do so. Not to sure on the weight capacities and whatnots that it would allow on the back.
