i have a 17ft dixie vee bottom bass boat with a 1980 90hp mercury outboard no hydrofoil and when it gets up to speeds of 25mph it leans over, and when it leans it wont steer, but it does'nt lean to the same side every time i thought it might be weight distribution, but it doesnt matter what i do it will still lean over. all i can do is slow down to correct it. i appreciate all suggestions or thoughts.
