Boat market question

I'm in the market for a used deck boat. It seems like this is the worst boat market in quite a while. While I want to have a boat by boating season (May or so) I also want to get the best deal and I'm thinking the boat market is only going to get worse the longer I wait. I've identified the boat and I want and there are 3 of them for sale in the area.

Any thoughts on the optimal time to make an offer?

Thanks in advance.

... now. its still a month of winter an tax refunds haven't started rolling out in droves for cash offerings from other perspective buyers.

I agree, if you have found the boat you want get your best deal on it and pull the trigger.

If you wait just to save a couple bucks you will be watching someone else running the boat you wanted.

I hate buying stuff too, as soon as you get it you always see something cheaper or maybe better but that will always be the case no matter when you buy, find the boat you want, get your best deal and get it, then STOP LOOKING.

Yeah, it's all about timing. I got mine on Ebay for a grand, and I see smaller boats go for much more than that all the time. When you see it, and it's in your budget, and you like it, go for it!!
