Boat Mechanic Near Sturbridge, MA??

I was just wondering if anyone here knows of a mechanic near Sturbridge, MA. After our local marina went under this year its tough finding someone to work on motors. I have a evinrude motor that needs someone who knows what they are doing.

There is a guy in Palmer ....I believe its Church street.....left at the Post office lights...on the left......also the is a guy in Southbridge...do know not where off hand..but I heard he was good.....and reasonable....same with the Guy in Palmer....

I guess you were going to the Guy in Holland Marina....I heard that guy could not fix a lawnmower from a few that went to him....The older guy was better.....

thanks for the info. It would be nice to just run down the street to southbridge and check out what this guys shop looks like. palmer isnt to far but so I could find his place out there. You dont know if he works on just a select few makes or if he works on anything. Ive got tons of boats and motors that could always use a little work.

The guy in Palmer has a shop....I guess he does them all....I had his card ..might be in the boat....I talked to him ..he seems to know his stuff.....the guy in Southbridge I just heard of him is all...never been there..but he does have a shop....from what I was told..both dont advertise..the guy in Palmer said he has so much work he does not need to ...

I went over to palmer to try and find that guy you were talking about but didnt find any shop. and the southbridge hunt is going nowhere without more of a leed. hoping to hear from someone that has a family friend or uncle that works on motors. someone has to be out there

Ok...I found the card to the Guy in Southbridge.....he is on Dudly river road

guy in Plamer is Express services....on Walnut street.....I may have given u the wrong street before...

that is some great info... Ill have to give those guys a call and see what kinds of rates we will be talking about. I have a friend who is willing to take a look at one of my motors but not till the end of next week.
