Boat Operator/Information Guide/Manual?

I just bought a boat and need some help...there isn't an information plate attached anywhere that i can find on the boat...i did look at the back, starboard outside...not there either...the decal/paint on the side of the boat says "Fisher Hawk 3V"...its a 16 ft, aluminum bass type boat...title says it's a 1991...web searching doesn't provide much info...can anyone help?

Who made the boat...Brunswisk? Fisher? Tracker?

How can I determine what the year is without a info plate?

How can I go about getting an owners manual?

what does the title say the Hull id # is? manual for a 1991 will not be found. take a safe boating course, it should teach you what you need to know.

the title shows FMCA47GTJ091.

I've had a safe boating course, so I'm looking on how all the gadgets work and what is suppose to be with the boat...and why I'm looking for an operators/maintenance manual for this specific boat...i figure the more info the better
