we just had a hell of a rain and getting more my boat is uncapped and sittind outside and when i went to check on it the water was 2 in from the top .....LOL

LOL....well i never drilled the hole for the plug ....and i didnt expect all the rain.LOL...but like i said at least i know i have no leaks

I still need to seal up my transom hole.. half the dang engine is falling out of the boat!

Like meals said, he hasnt drilled the drain hole yet... Been chatting with im about his rebuild (we both have trihulls)

But meals you should get that hole driled out asap! you don't want to leave your boat filled up with water my friend!

yeah, I can't imagine the stress of all that water weight is any good.

I thought this was about names, lol. our boat was named "Tony's Tub" when we got it, but has since been removed.

belive me i was out there bailing it out ,...took me about an hour....then i wakee up thismorning and guess what ...it raind again and i had to bail it out again...LOL....so for right now me and my son took it off the trailer and turned it upside down...i would have drilled the hole but ran out of fiberglass and being on disability my check dont come in untill the 3rd ...so ill have to wait till then...by the way what size hole is that supposed to be

just thought yall might of gota laugh out of the whole thing ..i did and a lot of cursing LOL

my drain measured out at a bit over one inch. (the tube is 1" id brass)

I would have gotten a bilge pump for it myself, bailing is so overrated. Hopefully you havent put the foam or the flooring back in it yet, as that would be a major bummer to have to redo it due to the rain.

no just the transom and thank god it was sealed BUT.....IM AN IDIOT i didnt even think of the pump its sitting right next to the boat with the battary...LOL..needed the excersize anyway
