I have just purchased a Aluminum Lowe 165S and would like to keep that "new boat smell", as long a possible.

Really, I am looking for opinions on what you all use to keep carpets, Bimini tops, seats, aluminum and other exposed surfaces, somewhat protected from UV rays, nuclear fallout, etc.

the boat will be used in fresh water (for now).

Thanks

Re: Boat preservatives?

The only thing I know of is to keep it covered and in the garage...kinda dificult to ski or fish out of it that way unless of course the water is real close to the garage...really all you can do is try and keep it covered when not in use... just a Thought

The best way is to simply keep it DRY!
