I have a 1996 Skeeter Bay Pro 19, 115 Mercury.

torque tab adjust back side to right.
skeg has small chip missing and is bent about 1/4 inch to the right.
cable steering

it's an old boat but runs great and was well kept.

on plane trimmed all the way down I am fighting to keep the boat straight, it actually leans to the left and pulls to the right, everything is in the center of the boat batteries, fuel tank, ice chest and live well. With the exception of 2 compartments that have life jackets and tackle in them.
by trimming the motor up the pull is lighter but when it is comfortable on trim, still noticable pull to the right but the boat starts to porpoise.

any advice or what to check or adjustments to make

If by "torque tab" you mean the trim tab mounted on the bottom of the anti ventilation plate that trims the motor left or right, then you have it adjusted in the wrong direction. You say "back side to the right"?

Deep 6, or throw over a bridge, that thing you have bolted to the rear of the anti-ventilation plate, then see how it runs.

You say the skeg is bent to the right. Does that mean it is twisted like a rudder, the bottom is curled over or, the entire skeg is bent to the side from where it meets the bottom of the gearcase?
