My boat is leaning toward the right when opening the boat up to full throttle???? It did this when I first bought this boat, then I adjusted the trim tabs a and that didnt do anything. I can't even give it too much gas or it pulls to the right and feels like it wants to put the front end in the water??? All I have is a 70hp chrysler on a 17ft boat, I dont understand!!
any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Mike

Re: boat pulling to the right????

I got a 55hp on a 15 fter and does the same thing. I know it has to do with prop directional rotation. I was thinking of putting a damper on the steering system but maybe someone else has a better idea.

Sounds to me like your trim isnt adjusted right, It seems you are pushing the nose down and causing bow stear. It will make your boat lean to one side or the other also. Change the angle of the trim pin and post results. (Raise at least one hole). Engine could be (way) too low also.
