Just bought a 1959 Starcraft 15 footer. It came with the registration paperwork with his name and address on it and info on the back to sign it over, which he signed over to me. Does this replace the title? Did boats even have titles in 1959????.He also wrote me a hand written receipt just in case. Am I all set here?
