boat repair

Trying to find some basic outboard motor repair classes in Oklahoma City area. Can only find degree program at EUI tech when I do internet search for outboard motor repair for 12 grand. I am not looking for a new career just want to be able to work on my own boats. You use to be able to find them every where along with small engine repair. Anyone know of any in this area. Do not want online because you don't get the instruction as with hands on learning.

You should be able to pick up classes at the tech school, a la carte, as long as the classes are not full.

Is that school in Norman because I do not see any listings in Oklahoma City area

If you just want to work on your own engines, why not simply post any problem or question in the correct iboats engine forum? You will get expertise from all over the world, not just one or two teachers. You can be provided photos and diagrams from people who have had the same problem with your exact model engine.

Can't beat that with a stick.
