Boat seat upgrade needed to help with back problems

Hey all,

I recently got a 2012 Tracker Pro 165. It's a great little boat, but it has cheap, basic folding seats for the helm and passenger. They're not even the standard plush seats you'd find on the bigger model Trackers as the 165 is more of an entry level boat. I love my boat, but I have some back issues and basic seats on the water don't absorb very much. I have found some very nice pedestals that will soften the ride, but none for less than about $250 per. On the other end of the spectrum is the basic pin style mount with a spring. That would help a bit, but does anyone know of a reasonably affordable system that is somewhere between the basic pin and the other that costs two boat notes? Any opinions are appreciated.

eBay has a lot of different ranges, in both quality and price. I've seen a lot of nice comfortable pedestal mount seats that look good in quality and are offered at a reasonable price. Only problem you might have is the cost of shipping to your home jacking the price up.

There is also a website called 'Over tons' that you can look through online.

Sorry for not having any exact seat models, but hopefully this will help you a little.
