I have some stains on my 2007 Bayliner 215 BR front seats,which are being hard to remove,the boat was out in the open for 2years before I got it, the usual vinyl cleaners have no effect,I can remove them with Acetone but they come back after 8 weeks,I have taken the squabs apart and there are no stains on the underside or it the foam

Can't tell for sure with the pictures. but it could be mold. If that is the case, until you kill the mold, it will continue coming back over and over. Try cleaning them again. but once you have them cleaned, use a solution of bleach and water and wipe them down real well. DO a test in a inconspicuous area to make sure it doesn't discolor the material first though... JMHO!

Boat armor mildew and stain remover. Works great. Has conditioners in it to restore the vinyl as well

If the boat was left out in the elements for 2yrs, then some of the larger spots might be UV damaged (sunburned vinyl)? There's really no way to get rid of the staining if that is the case...short of replacing the vinyl! As WOG suggested, clean what you can with Boat Armor Mildew and Stain remover then treat with some 303 Protectant (sun block for vinyl). Use and replace when it's all worn out!

Surely if it is UV damaged it would not come of with Acetone

If it is mold/mildew Clorox Cleanup will handle it. Be careful as it does contain bleach !!!

Mr. Clean Eraser for dirt.
