i don't suppose many folks are from this part of the county. but anyways. omaha boat show vs premier boat show..... the first two here in nebraska this winter, back to back weekends. omaha show 1st.....
i like the premier boat show best so far.... got one to go. the lincoln show..... the omaha show was $6 to get in, parking was $6, beer was $6 at the show... the boat that i picked out that i liked best was used, a 94 eliminator... go figure... no one represented chriscraft. i'd a liked to see some of them... oh, and i had to park 6 blocks away so i didn't have to pay $6 parking..... i'd a probably been closer parking on the river in my boat.....
the premier boat center show had 2 boats that were alright... the new fiberglass lund was cool. they had 2 of them. different colors. had a larsen 206 that wasn't to bad either.... little short in the leg room on the back seats though... best thing was. no parking fee, no ent. fee. no beer fee. oh, i ment free 16oz beers.....:D.... a fella that bought one of them new glass lunds was hip to how it was. free beer gets ya to buy a 38K boat.... very good marketing ploy on pbc's part i think.....
+ the best part. i got some nice preimer boating center koozys. they just happen to fit my old style drink holders in my 75... what could be better..... guess i'm ready for spring..... told the owner i'd loose a few of his koozys on the river for him....... guess this thread could be about supporting my local dealer, but that was not my intention.... pbc's been good to me...... thanks for yer nice show kevin......

My wife & I went to the Cleveland Boat Show this past Saturday.
$12 per head to get in , $8 to park and around $50 in gas to travel the 200 mile round trip. But then again, it was all of 10 degrees outside and not much else going on so.... Not sure how much beer was but I can tell you it was flowing! Every booth seemed to be serving big plastic mugs of beer...
Twiggy the water skiing squirrel was the hilight. It was warm inside and that's all I cared about.
