For one that big, you pretty much need to be in the boat hoisting business.

Take a trip down to a marina and see how they do it. To be safe, for the boat and those underneath it as well, they use some pretty stout equipment.

A while back near here, a shop hoisted a 40' Blue Water. They didn't put the slings under it right, and when it came up, it broke in two.

I've heard of marinas renting you a spot in their area, getting the boat up on jacks, slings, whatever and letting you work on it there for a fee and insurance release.

Something I've done in the past is to just lift the boat half at a time. Sort of roll it up on one side and off the trailer enough to sand & paint. Just make sure you have good sturdy lifting points, spread the forces out as much as possible as it comes up, and that the hull is supported along the stringers.
