Boat tips on it's side

We have a Four Winns 18' Horizon Open Bow with an I/O. When the boat is lightly loaded, it corners fine (almost flat) but anything over 1/2 of the maximum weight, it starts my cornering fine then in a split second it is on it's side. When full loaded it is even worse. I know it won't tip, but it scares visitors and even some family members. Has anyone had the same problem and found any help? Has anyone tried the Nauticus Smart Tabs, SX Series and did that help? Thank you for any help or ideas.

Only thing I could suggest is to trim down before the turn. Putting more of the boat in the water will add great stability, but you'll lose your speed and some handling.
