Boat Was Watrlogged\Trailer Roller Pushing In Keel

With everything being waterlogged, and my keel stringers being mush, one of my trailer rollers has pushed in the keel in one spot.:eek::eek: I havent read any post on this.

I am going to try to post a picture of it so maybe you guys can tell me how to fix this.

I think he means that your crossgrands are wet, and you should patch it with a fillerbus.

Seriously, you need to fix your internals - replace the wet wood, else any patch you make will crack right off. Once that's done, repairing this pushed in area of the keel with epoxy putty and maybe a little glass is easy.

you structual frame inside is rotten.

I have the hull gutted. There is just a small hump inside. I guess I shouldnt worry about it? What about the outside? Will that indention make a difference in performance?

This pic is what the stringers looked like.

hopefully when you do the inside, it will help straighten the outside. then fill in the outside as described above.
