boat weight?

I just got a 1979 16' lowe semi-v boat.(Aluminum) I am putting a 1982 50hp mariner on. My question is...<br />How much does this boat weight without anything in it? Im 245 lbs. The steering wheel is in the center of the boat. The main thing I need to know is what size prop to install...any recomendations would be great.<br /><br />Thanks<br />Suzuki40

suzuki40 <br /><br />I don't know which model you have, so here's a link to the NADA guide that gives weights of different boats. You can find it HERE. As for the prop, on this light of a boat, I would say you should start out with a 10-1/4" X 14" Pitch Prop. Michigan part number is 031018.
