Boat Windscreen

Took the actual perspex out of my window frame for my boat as it was badly scratched. Tried to get a new one made but cudnt get it done.

Was thinking of buying the correct perspex which i found out was a 911 tint. And cutting it myself, just wonder how difficult its going to be.

Anyone attempted this ?

i have used lexan to replace several glass panels, even curved ones.

What did you use to cut it ? jigsaw ?
