boat wont start!!!!

i have 94 mercury 115 inline 4 and it wont start. went out last weekend and had no problems,tried to go out this morning and nothing.Im getting fuel and the motor turns over good but wont kick off i think it may be the power pack please help.

First check it for spark, also make sure you haven't bumped the helm kill switch off. if you need to test the system here's the test.
