bogging down

i have a 2008 df 15 suzuki four stroke just picked up engine starts fine but bogdown when throttled up what does this sound like it could be .im going get some plugs and a fuel filter some non e fuel and see what happens .

i just checked compression both equal and good

It's a pretty good bet that your carb jets are plugged up...need to remove, disassemble and clean carbs. The ethanol/water/debris, etc. ends up in your carb float chamber and then plugs up those tiny jet passeges. Learn to drain carbs after use(usually small drain screw at bottom/side of carb float chamber...

thanks i put on a new fuel tank and sprayed some mercury power tune in the air intake and filled up with some nonethanol fuel it runs much better i think i'll still have the carb done to be on the safe side .
