Bolt lube, Anti-seize anyone?

Now that I've bought new bolts to replace the ones that I broke off while taking the lower unit off my J70, do any of you have a thought on the use of Anti-seize.
I use a lot of it at work, doing pipe fitting work in a chemical plant.
I know there is a problem with mixing copper based A-S and salt water; but a Nickle based anti-seize works well on stainless steel, aluminium, and mixing other dis-similar metals. It also outlasts most other lubes used in harsh conditions.

Since I'm a fresh water guy I anti-seize every bolt that comes off, don't want the fight of getting a bolt out twice.

I've used non-hardening Permatex on those bolts, sacrificial zinc fasteners and water pump cap screws for over thirty years with never a problem. Never use copper bearing AS, ever.
