Bolt Torque?

Anyone know the correct bolt torque for the exhaust risers onto the exhaust manifolds? '85 Mercruiser GM V6 4.3l 262

thank you! I was going to use a little RTV sealant around the exhaust area to ensure water doesn't drain back in, what do you think?

I was going to use the Red rtv that works with temps up to 650*
