Bondo Fiberglass resin with fiberglass strands

Is this STRONG enough to use on a boat for a 10 X 22" patch job on a hole in the deck? Obviously with mat and cloth added.

It depends on how you plan to use it, for structural purposes no, as a filler to even up the surface, then it would be OK.
