Re: BONDO How much snow??
Well,.............
I live about a mile north of Watertown,......
Snow in my yard is alittle more than Knee Deep,.......
It's been Snowing nearly Everyday,... Luckily, just Not Much.......
In the City,... it's closer to Waist Deep,......
Down at my Bud's place, where I hunt his land, which is less than 5 miles(per a Crow's flight), It's Waist Deep,+ Higher.......
The Riverhouse in Chaumont, is Just outside the Snowbelt of this storm,+ there's not much more than Ankle Deep.......(Thank God, 'cause I've got it ready to Jack it Up, there for it's Really Unstable,+ a Good Snow Load on the Roof could spell Disaster)
Chaumont is about 10 miles northwest of the City....
Deb's clan lives down at Sandy Pond, right on the boarder of Oswego County,..... They're about Up to their Eyeballs in this $h!t.........
Ayuh,..... I'm ready for it to Stop,......
Been Plowing,+ pushing back Snowbanks,+ trucking some of it to the dumpsite in the Black River......
I had High Hopes when the Temp finally Dropped, thinking that I could get to both of my Waterfronts to do some Work on some of the dockage,+ what-nots,......
Now that we have the Ice,..... The Snow is Soo Deep that driving across the lake is the Problem......
I'm Hoping that we get abit of a warm up to settle things,+ then a Refreeze,........
Then I can get my Winter chores Done......
I just Sooo danm Glad the winds have been Northwesterly,+ Not Southwesterly.......
Back in 77,.... I thought 8' in 7 days was Bad,.... Oswego has gotten 11' in 9 days Now.........
