Book Review ??

Does anyone on here review books for a living or has connections to a book reviewer ? My sister is now writing her 3rd book , The publisher loves her work but they do no promotion at all . Researching on the web is 1500 to 2000 to have a review that is not going to be posted except on their website . Any leads here would be welcome !!
