anyone see what happened today?
I wish I could find the court transcripts. so far I see no facts really.
they claim they were chasing a drug smuggler but nothing about did they know before or after entering the van what he was.

but its still a sad reflection on our border.

I have none, google isnt showing much other than the sentance today. I feel sorry for the agents and the judge.
seems the judge's hands were tied.
maybe Bush can issue a quickie pardon if facts warrent it.

The agents shot the guy as he was running/swimming away and then tried to cover up the fact they shot at him. They didnt know he was shot.

If you look further you can tell the BP agents shot at him cause they were POed. I dont think they were trying to hit him as they emptied thier gun, but only one round hit the guy.
