Bottom paint on trailer boat

Any thoughts on bottom paint on a boat that lives on a trailer when not in the water? During the summer the boat may be in the water for one or two days and perhaps a few times a year for a few days at a time but will be on the trailer when not being used.

bottom paint is a pain to apply and a bigger pain to maintain. I keep my boat in the water for a month in the Spring and then another month in early winter. I use bottom cleaner after I pull the boat in spring to remove the build up of tannic acid. Otherwise, no problems

Depending on the temp of the water and it's salinity, it will take a variable amount of time to grow marine life on the hull. It will be faster in warm saltwater, and slower in cold water. Here isn NJ it takes a couple of weeks, before barnacles start to grow.

Yes. Unless you're in a super warm tropical climate don't even need to think about it.
