When my boat (27ft sailboat) was in lanier, I used pettit's brand of modified epoxy, and it worked out very well for me...it truly was a multi season paint and did a good job of keeping the grass from growing on the bottom...I applied it with a foam roller.. (2 coats)

I am not interested in using anti-fouling paint, just some strong paint below the water line. Black is the color I need, and I am cleaning the bottom now for painting. I have a few scratches and what do you suggest to use to fill them?
