This boat was in rough shape when I bought it. It was a saltwater boat that NEVER got rinsed off and the motor was never rinsed out. Lots of corrosion on nearly all the metal and it was extremely dirty inside and out. Lots of leaves, sticks in the interior, and lots of scum and faded gel coat on the exterior.
I Ended up scrapping the motor and installing a 1999 Yamaha 90 HP 2 stroke that runs like a champ and with that motor I am getting about 41 mph top speed, fast enough for what I need.
What I would like to know is more about the manufacturer and specs on the boat. The safety card is long gone. But I do know the boat is rated for up to a 120 HP motor and the boat itself weighs 950 to 1000 lbs dry weight. If you have any info on this boat or know where I might be able to find it, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
