Braek in period for a merccruiser 3.0 alpha 1

Just purchased a new 2012Stingray 185LX with a merccruiser 3.0 alpha 1 engine. What is the proper break in routine for this engine? First I/O motor I have owned. All others have been Outboards.

For the new 4.3 I have its listed in the operation manual. Did you get this manual?

Go back with a gaff and get your salesman to get you the proper paperwork to go with a brand new purchase.
There are a lot of things to know besides just the breakin procedure.

I agree with the above.
There engine owners manuals, warranty information, and all sorts of paperwork that goes with your new engine, that is completely separate from the boat manuals. ALL that information is in those manuals.
