Brake line replacement

My 3 year old trailer came with a 2 year warranty. You can guess where this is going.

The brake line is routed through a hole about 4 inches behind the actuator into the frame. It runs inside the frame back to the axle, where it exits the frame and it connected to a tee fitting before running to each wheel caliper.

The hole where it line exits the frame has a plastic bushing to protect the line from abrasion against the frame. Despite this, the brake line has worn through at the bushing. The bushing looks OK from the outside; the wear is hidden on the internal edge. I noticed it only because of a damp spot on my driveway at the end of my trailer; originally I thought it was water but it didn't dry up. It turned out to be brake fluid running down inside the trailer frame.

I need to replace the brake line. Running it inside the frame is difficult. Is there any problem/danger running the brake line outside the frame rail?
One problem is how to secure the brake line to the trailer without drilling into the frame and compromising the galvanized coating. I assume the galvanizing is already compromised where the brake line rubbed through.
