Brass fuel fittings

Can any brass fitting/pipe be used for a marine fuel tank, or is there a special marine type I should should use instead? Thanks.

Anything you can find should be just fine.

Is the brass going to be attached to any aluminum? If so I believe that this is not a good idea as they may deteriate due to electrolisys. or is that copper?

Actually,<br />If by chance you're talking about the 1st hose-barb, at the top of the tank,...<br />That's Supposed to be a Brass, or Aluminum Check-Valve, per USCG.......
