I was getting ready for spring launch this past weekend and noticed my exhaust bellow had detached itself at the transom end. It must have happened late last season as the clamp an hose were squished and mangled. I have bought a replacement bellows and was looking for any words of wisdom... It "looks" fairly easy to replace... but

Thanks in advance

I chalk it up to rookiness to a certain extent. Also I did not have any reason to lift the drives in the fall and only reason I did this spring was because I was changing the anodes...

Thanks for your reply.

When you winterize in the fall. The drive should be dropped and the bellows checked for water and the shaft and u-joints lubed.J
