I had a rookie mistake last week where we were trying to get off the lake quick due to a storm, and I forgot to raise the outdrive. It dragged on the launch ramp for about 2 to 3 feet. It didn't do any significant damage to the sceg, but now it's not holding pressure when trailered up. There are no leaks anywhere. Did somehow get air in the system or did I blow out the poppets in the valve body or seals in the rams? It will drop from all the way up to down in the matter of an hour or so.

Welcome
Most likely it's in the cylinders but only way to know for sure is testing. Test procedure is in Manual 28 (90-863160) Section 5A

Output pressure is between 2200-2600 psi

The cylinder rebuild kits are fairly inexpensive
