Bravo 3 outdrive

Im looking at a boat with a 454 merc. w/ bravo 3 outdrive. Are the bravo 3 any good?

Yes very, but some have corrosion issues.

Yep, good drives, with corrosion issues.

You need to pull the props to see the worst damage, if any. Special prop wrenches/sockets needed to remove the props.

3 blades on the front prop and 3 on the aft prop.

By the way, that animated picture was created by my 15 year old daughter (she's 18 now)

She took 24 pictures and I moved the prop slightly for each one.

Then she used the "Gimp" to resize and animate the layers....

3 blades on the front prop and 3 on the aft prop.

Well after a long day of burning brain cells at work I envisioned 6 actual propellers not the blades on the props. Odd cuase I have a V/P D/P and it just didn't register.

A mind is a terrible thing and mine's a waste.
