Bravo III Outdrive Not Trimming Up Far Enough?

I have a 1997 Bravo III outdrive that has stopped trimming up after it moves a little bit up. It will trim up all the way with the trailering switch, I'm guessing it's an outdrive trim limit switch problem, correct? Generally how do you fix this problem? The trim limit switches have not been touched since new in 1997.

Thank you.

Adjust the limit sender. Not trimming up far enough. What makes you say that?

Drive is not coming up as far as it used to with trim switch. Will trim all the way up with Trailering switch.

Since it sounds like the trim limit is working, just way out of adjustment.
Here is the instructions for replacing the trim limit and gauge sender, it also details how to adjuust them.
