A friend has a Bravo3 Stearn Drive that needs shift cable adjustment. He played with the adjustment without knowing what he was doing.

Are Bravo3 & Alpha1 Shift & Throttle Cable adjustments are they the same?

meaning if they use a cable to shift, yes. Are the cables adjusted the same way with the barrel yes.
Is the procedure the same, NO. you really need the tool to adjust it correctly unlike the Alpha

Without the tuol it can be adjusted but it will be hit-n-miss until you get it. The tool doesn't cost much
