Bremerton/Silverdale - US/Canadian Bathtub races this weekend!

If you are looking for something to do, we have the 40th anniversary US-Canadian friendship bathtub race this weekend!

Saturday is on Keyport - military ID required although if youstay 300 yards out you can watch from a boat.

..brilliant stuff!! Damn, I wish I had been tracking this event earlier. I didn't know there was a U.S/Canada neighbourly event! (& a 40th anniversary one....I better get with it I guess)
Unfortunately, I've got company and a full day/weekend planned up here in Victoria.
Always a blast of an event those bathtub races. I have thought about trying to get one of those things built and going. Whats the horsepower limit? 10?...I'm trying to recall from the yearly Nanaimo to Vancouver Bathtub race.
Regardless, I'm looking forward to seeing some news/reviews about it.
