Have a few captains chairs that are faded and or yellowish.

Any way to brighten them back to tidy whitey?

Cushions are fine. the plastic seats are showing age.

Any help appreciated thank you

I have similar seats. Clorox clean up does a good job of keeping the cushions clean and whiting them up.

The plastic frames are a different story. Once they start to yellow (UV damage) not much you can do. Magic sponge hardly made a dent

I would have to agree, once yellowed by UV they probably won’t clean up. I have used paint for plastic with great success on vintage snowmobile consoles. Done properly you would never know. Preparation is key.
