I don't know how it broke, but this small dog bone looking part is broken, and now my tilt trim pump doesn't work. It seems to tie together the two little plungers and rock back and forth across the small roll pin in that slotted block shown in the photos. Any ideas on where to buy a replacement? 1993 Mercury 115 HP 2T.

Looks like it's called the rocker arm on the trim pump manifold. Seems to be no longer available. . . ?

Welcome to the forums.

Do you have the part number? A metal fab shop may be able to duplicate the rocker arm if you can't find one.

Obsolete Merc PN is 823180A1 Rocker Kit. Any suggestions for good sources of obsolete inventory?

Gave it to the “right” guy at work and he remade it for me. Fixed the problem!
