Brown creamy liquid from exhaust?

Good day forum. So i finally finished getting my new to me 94 Johnson 100 hooked onto my boat. Starts fine. Idled fine in the driveway on the muffs for about 15-20 minutes. I changed the lower unit oil today for preventive maintenance ( it hasn't been ran in 7 years) it was a little dark but no water. I just noticed this brown creamy substance come out of the exhaust behind the propeller. First thought was that it was lower unit oil. I took the prop off and discovered that it is coming from higher up the exhaust. I checked the lower unit oil that i put in today and it is still nice and clear with no signs of water intrusion.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as to what this might be our the cause of it.

Really wanted to try this baby out tomorrow as winter is coming and this might be my last chance.

The oil in the fuel mix does not get burned off completely. I would change your water pump first thing.

Would the impeller be because of how long it has sat? Or would it somehow be related to the unburnt oil?

Ok. Was planning on that for spring as i might only get out once this year. As long as it doesn't have anything to do with the brown sludge. Thanks everyone
