Building a Sneak type boat for ducks in backwaters

i would like to build a small boat for hunting ducks in sloughs and small lakes or ponds. i would like it to have shallow draft, be stable, quiet, fast, manuverable, and last a long time. i want to use like a 5hp or less probably a 40 pound thrust trolling motor for propulsion. i would like it big enough to accomadate two people and a dog, but small enough to use it in a flood field as a layou boat. i know this is a lot to ask but that is what i would like.<br /><br />what advice, tips, wooes, nessecities, and the like do i need to know before getting started??<br /><br />thanks..
