Built-in gas tank repair

I have a 17' Wahoo that needs to have the built-in gas tank replaced- anyone have a tip?

are you planning on cutting the deck or seperating the hull and deck to get it out?

munka, If you do decide to cut your deck, when you replace it, its a good idea to put in a hatch so you can get to the tank, and sending unit if you have to.<br /> P.S. I see you're from hartford. Is that in Ct? I'm from Vernon,Ct myself.
