I need your help guys,
Yesterday my 90 hp mercury mariner outboard (1996) was stop on Iac, I was thinking \the first time it’s the gas whos missing but the gage shown ½ of tank, after that |I saw the bulb on the gas line was compressed, I was not able to compress to send the gas to engine, after 1 minute the motor start but after 30 sec the same, the bulb was compressed again, like some line gas was obstructed. thanks for your help

Check and make sure the tank vent is no obstructed........ If you pull the fuel cap and you hear a sucking sound the vent is the problem.

on a portable tank it will be on top of tank or filler cap most times it looks like a little thumb screw..... on a below deck tank it will have a vent hose that usually terminates at the filler cap

I verify the vent, it's ok, it's look like the first carburator block the hose. I blew the air on the hose who's going on the first carburator but it's blocked

If the primer bulb is collapsing, the problem is not at the engine. Period. The only way the primer bulb collapses is if it can not pull gas from the tank. The check valve in the primer bulb could be stuck. The fuel line between the primer bulb and the tank could be obstructed. The anti siphon valve in the tank (if equipped with one) could be stuck. The fuel pickup tube in the tank could be clogged. Or the tank vent could be clogged. That is pretty much it. Nothing else it could really be.

As stated, this will not make your bulb collapse. Are you saying the bulb is hard and won't compress? If so, yes, the blockage on other side could cause that. As far as your video, sounds like flywheel hitting on something, starter bendix not disengaging or something in lower unit. Almost sounds like it's halfway in gear.

Thanks enginepower,
The last 3 or 4 times on the water was almost the same, the engine start very nice, run very nice, if you run around 2000 rpm, if you drive faster after some minutes, (sometimes 5, 10, or 15minutes) the engine stop, few second by after the engine start again very nice, and run very nice also, last two times few second before stopping it was the same sound like in my video. Today I replace the oil in lower unit, it was very clean.
I will try it again tomorrow maybe for the last time this year. The next video shown how the engine stop
